Israeli Statesmen,Thieves, and Tails Wagging Dogs
I was watching CNN Headline News early this AM as two items crossed the screen (quoting AP):
Israeli prosecutors have decided not to bring charges against Prime Minister Ehud Olmert for accepting bribes in two land deals.
P.M. Ehud Olmert stated that "Iran's nuclear ambitions are a danger to the whole world".
A tail wags the dog?
(Disclaimer: on the Arab side the first item would not even be an issue- no crime, no news, end of the story. Or maybe the end is the same, but the process is less tortuous).
